CEDA Management Services was formed to provide our clients “bundled services” to improve productivity and reduce costs through upfront planning, interface management, and common field support staff. These services include Industrial Services, Dredging/Dewatering, Catalyst, Mechanical, Electrical, Pigging/Decoking, Coatings and Equipment Repair through various subsidiary companies.
Upfront planning provides better cost management, labour and equipment utilization, and schedule performance. Interface management between CEDA subsidiaries and subcontractors reduces our client’s contract and administration costs and requirements. The common field support staff includes a single point site project manager, safety manager, quality manager and project administration to deliver integrated planning, cost reporting and monitoring.
