United Energy Services (UES) delivers a comprehensive range of pigging and decoking services to clients throughout North America and select areas of the world. STATE OF THE ART EQUIPMENT

UES has invested substantial time and effort into the customized design of its mobile pigging units. All UES double pumper pigging units are equipped with emergency shutdown devices to protect against disasters, double spill containment, explosion proof lighting and high and low automatic shut-offs for clean and dirty tanks. The working platforms meet 42” inch handrail specifications. Technology and automated computer trending enables UES to capture trending of all pigging data during a job. All pigging data is tracked and displayed through the on-board computers and data may also be downloaded to a memory stick for clients to review. Automated computer trending allows UES to monitor all valves while in operation and the advantage to see which valves are working properly therefore ensuring efficiency. Computer automation empowers UES to greatly reduce the time spent on troubleshooting malfunctioning valves.

All UES double pumper units have a 25 kilowatt self sufficient power source. These gensets supply power to the pigging units and support trailers enabling UES to be self-sufficient should a plant or refinery be unable to supply power. Additional features of the pumper units include Mercedes Benz engines which meet the current tier 3 emissions standards. UES also has an extensive quality control program to document and monitor all pressure piping on the unit, lightweight stainless steel hard lines, pressure hoses and all launchers and receivers.
